Sure the motel is old but still in good condition,I can remember staying in one just like it when I was a young boy. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, plus being on the back next to the river made it really quiet. Like the rooms the pool is old but clean and good size.

Great location for access for the GSMNP and Bryson City and Cherokee. Room was clean, good shower, and comfortable bed. It was exactly what I was looking for in that area. I will definitely stay here again

We had the best time! This place is so cute & bare bones. The rooms were clean, water was hot, towels were soft, mini fridge was cold & the grounds were clean & manicured. It’s not a fancy big hotel it’s a mom & pop owned & operated. They live on property so everything is great! If you like nostalgic places check it out! We will definitely be back!

It’s a nice and charming family owned inn, really close to Great Smoky Mountains National Park and Cherokee. The room and linen were clean. There’s a river on the backyard of the hotel, a nice place to spend some moments just watching nature. Even though it could use some renovations, nothing that negatively impacted my stay.

The property is definitely older and could a little updates, but the room was clean. For a one night stay it was just fine. The grass area behind it, by the river is nice. They have an area set up so you could grill or picnic if you want. The pool was clean.

This is a solid budget option if you just need a place to sleep. The rooms are clean but definetly outdated, and there are not many extras. A nice bonus is that some rooms have a riverside view, which adds a bit of charm. You can even fish by the banks or sit by the firepit to relax. Overall its a good pick if you care more about price and cleaniness than modern amenities.
