"Perfect location if you're going to Vogel State Park and/or Blood Mountain. Easy access to trails. The creek was so soothing and full of fish fire pit was so cozy and the small cabin was just the right size to rest after a long day on the trail. The only complaint we had was the size of the water only lasting for one person to shower comfortably at a time. The second and third person were definitely taking cold showers. Aside from that, we'll be back the next time we want to hike in the mountains."

"The cabin was exactly as we'd pictured it -- plenty of room for three adults and an easy walk or drive to trailheads on the Appalachian Trail. The hike from the cabin up to the AT and then to Preacher Rock was delightful (about 10 miles round trip). We appreciated the kitchen, heaters, and washing machine -- and the view of the sunset through the trees from the sun room! We heard many bird species while we were there, which was a real treat. We highly recommend the barbecue from Wildcat, and the walk to the swinging bridge over the Toccoa River was well worth it -- even in the rain! When you arrive on the lane where the cabin is, be sure to look for the mailbox with the cabin's street number on it. We missed it, and our GPS took us way up the hill!"

"The cabin was beautiful, clean, spacious, and the furniture was very comfortable. The back porch with the mountain view and sound of the river was just perfect for relaxing. Centrally located to several waterfalls, and scenic areas to visit. We will definitely be back."

"I am in the process of moving up there and needed a place to stay while putting my stuff in storage. My new house is actually less than a mile away, and i know I will highly recommend this place as a place for my guests to stay (if they dont want to stsy with me) everything was as advertised, the layout is hard to show on pictures,but it was REALLY clean and comfortable. It has a quaint eclectic feel to it. If you are looking for fancy and modern, this is not your location, but I loved it! My friends also loved it. I brought 2 of my dogs with me, and I would say the yard isnt ideal for dogs, but I love that they allowed them. Of course they dont want dogs on the furniture and mine dont understand that, so I was unable to have them out in the main living area, but they could go out on the wrap around porch with a baby gate up, or downstairs on the jacuzxi porch. There are steep stairs to go down to the bottom level, one of my dogs went down no problem, the other one said no thanks, lol. I will also say, I was so looking forward to using the hot tub after a long road trip, but it was still chilly and not warmed up, so I turned it up to get in it later that day and I had accidentally made it too hot, lol. So if you plan on using it, check it out and put to a lower temperature than the max one lol.Highly recommend this place, the church bells were beautiful!it on to use the ne"
