The facilities were spotless, and the staff were warm and attentive, which made my experience very pleasant. There was one small aspect I wanted to bring to your attention. During my stay, I noticed that housekeeping visited my room to inspect and tidy things up, which I understand may be part of your procedures. While I appreciate the thoroughness, I felt a bit uncomfortable with the timing and the lack of prior notice. I would have preferred a little more privacy or a heads-up before these visits.
