Upon check inI learned the handicapped accessible room I had on my reservation was not available. Apparently the guest in that room extended for another night and the “reservation system” gave him precedence over my reservation, forcing us into a standard room which was only marginally adequate to our needs. The morning breakfast offered meager choices as well. Our stay was not a good value for the price. No rate discount or other compensation was indicated to be available to mitigate the situation except a discount for a future stay at this particular property which over a thousand miles from our home.

Staff was very helpful and polite. Staff dealt with unruly patron and their guests professionally. Asked them to leave, giving us confidence on their comittment to hotel safety. Property is older but room was upgraded. Room smell could be improved. Larger inroom fridge. Microwave and in room coffee. It was a fine stay given the really low price point. Plenty of parking. Easy late checkout options. Bed wasnt too hard. I will go back.

We arrived late. The navigation was wrong said we were there about a mile or more away. Had to call hotel. When arriving some drunk was fighting with his girlfriend in driveway. I was worried about my vehicle. The room was not bad but I was already uneasy so didn't sleep well. Breakfast was included. That was a joke! Cold cereal or waffles. So waffles & they were dry. Went to breakfast somewhere else. Its not a bad place if you need a spot to stop and just sleep. Bed not bad But walls are extremely thin!

A Great Super 8!

If you are in the Lewiston, ME area for business, pleasure, or just need a place for a short period of time, I HIGHLY recommend coming to this Super 8 Hotel. It's quiet, clean, updated and sleek. It is not your typical Super 8 Hotel. It has class and style. In Addition, the management here is super friendly, respectful, and professional. I will definitely keep coming here if I ever need to. Ok-ish for a work trip

The place is well cared for and clean. Room was in good shape. My first night someone tried to break down my door. Might have been a confused drunk-I’m not sure. Some people smoking weed across the hall which doesn’t seem cool in a hotel. I had a nice lobster roll in the restaurant next door.
