"Good location with lower level entry straight on to Lambton Quay despite reception being way up on 6th floor on Gilmer Terrace. Close to all major shops including Woolworths supermarket. Quite nice well-appointed. 2 bedroom apartment. Good heating and air conditioning. Washing machine and dryer were a bonus after several days travelling. Single drawer dishwasher (Fisher & Paykell?) did not wash cups and plates adequately on standard setting. Contents of dishwasher were still wet at end of cycle. We had to use tea towel to dry them. We hand-washed our crockery and cutlery after trying dishwasher on day 1. Rather noisy from Lambton Quay traffic - does it have double glazing? Bedroom curtains were a bit old and did not blackout all the light from Lambton Quay adequately. Access alleyway to downstairs entry was consistently dirty with rubbish floating round during our stay. Parking was a problem with parking building being at least 100 metres up the road. I generally resent parking charges - this place charged me $NZ 96.00 for 3 days parking. Temporary parking outside reception was tight- it took me a 6-point turn to back out of it."

"Laundry and full kitchen in the apartment-style rooms were excellent. Sauna/spa/pool was a great addition."
