We had some issues checking in, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful in quickly resolving the issue. My only complaint is the gym, which is tiny and where much of the equipment was damaged or not working at all. But that's an easy thing to fix, and overall we had a great experience.

The tub faucet was falling out of the wall, the only sink leaked all over the floor when used, and they charged a $50 deposit that they still haven’t refunded. Hotel is conveniently located and cheap. Maybe needs better management but you get what you pay for.

"Staff was nice. Room was not clean but looks like sheets were ok. Door hinges were solid rust and had to push it closed. There was something splattered on bathroom door. Top of refrigerator was filthy. Honestly, was afraid to touch anything. 216 FYI. "
