Staff were courteous and friendly. The hotel was very clean. Our room was very comfortable with a nice big bed and a large sofa plus a small desk and chair. Nice modern bathroom too. During our stay the hotel was quiet. It is well positioned to explore Bristol.

First room felt like it wasn’t used much. Toilet flush puller didn’t work well, contant dripping noise outside as a result of rain, tv didn’t work. Was disappointed that restaurant was fully booked and my 20% discount wasnt valid for room service. Changed room.

Secure covered Parking available in the square for guests at a price. Breakfast excellent, and really comfy bed and nice touches in room (biscuits, fruit etc). Only downside was lift out of order so hauling a large suitcase up 3 flights of stairs not ideal. Lovely warm welcoming staff.
