Unfortunately the key for the lift had expired and we could not use it the hotel staff were very helpful but as this unit is privately owned could not help.the furniture in the unit was not very well put together or loose or broken there was mold in the shower the shower head was held on with tape. I think this unit needs abit of TLC .the location and complex were great so we did enjoy the stay
