While you won"t see the water from the house, the short stroll brings you to a stunning spot to watch the sunset, enjoy a morning walk, or launch into a day of water-based fun.
The large backyard is ideal for families, pets, or simply soaking up the sun with a drink in hand. You"re welcome to bring up to two dogs which you can have inside on the ground floor level when supervised. There is even a cage for them to feel safe and relaxed when they are away from home in the undercover area in the back yard.
Room to park a boat which is perfect for those planning to get out on the water.
