On the ground floor, there is two bedrooms and a family bathroom, alongside a laundry equipped with a washing machine and dryer. Step outside to the fenced courtyard, ideal for the kids to play. Upstairs is where the heart of the home awaits. Here, a living and dining area welcomes you, complete with ocean views over Cylinder Beach. The large deck is amongst the trees, featuring a BBQ for entertaining, ensures you enjoy alfresco dining and relaxation. The kitchen boasts ample storage and modern appliances and there is also the main bedroom and another bathroom on this level. Leave your worries behind and immerse yourself in the laid-back coastal lifestyle at this delightful townhouse.
