The Space: Saltdean Sea View is the ideal coastal getaway. Upon entering the property, you’ll be welcomed by the homely and cosy feel. The charming living room is where you can sink into one of the comfy, grey sofas and enjoy pure relaxation. One of the sofas can also be made into a sofa bed creating the holiday let's occupancy of eight. Spend time socialising with your loved ones and enjoy an exposed stone feature wall which adds to the quaint feel of the property and you’ll find a large bi-fold door showcasing the breathtaking sea views over Saltdean Vale.
Open the door in the summer months to let the warm breeze drift in or step outside onto the wide balcony which gives views over Saltdean and out to sea in one direction, with the South Downs National Park in the other.
Continue through to the rear of the living area and you’ll enter the dining room. This space is bright and stylish with a modern, glass dining table and grey padded chairs. It is the ideal spot to enjoy family breakfasts and evening meals with friends.
The kitchen is a spacious room with light wooden cabinets and black granite worktops. Spotted tiles add to the charm. You’ll have everything you need for your stay as the kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, kettle, microwave, oven, hob, toaster and washing machine.

The first two bedrooms are cosy spaces with cream walls and a large windows which allow for plenty of natural light to enter the spaces. The quaint rooms features large, king-size beds which are complimented perfectly with colourful cushions. The bedrooms are complete with wooden bedside tables, a spacious chest of drawers, and a large wall mirror. The two king-size beds are zip & link, meaning they can be split into two singles upon request if this is more suitable for your stay.
The third bedroom is ideal for children. With modern bunk beds and the same colour scheme, the room is filled with warmth.
