There was no alarm clock, pen or paper, coffee pot, plug in for sleep machine, shampoo or lotion and you couldn't use the bathtub only a shower could be taken. We were to stay there for two nights but cancelled the second night and went on into San Antonino. Also no breakfast was included in the price. Very disappointed in our stay

Everything was clean. The beds were comfy. The restroom was a little small, but at least it was clean. The only thing that needs to be addressed is the vending machine. It wasnt working, so i had to drive to the nearest store for snacks. Lol But other than that all was well.

Aging Palace

Just a lot of little things added up to a below average stay. Room was musty, door did not fully engage when shut unless you pushed on it, very loud regular mechanical sound very close to out room (AC?), breakfast was minimal and items were stale, creamer curdled, bathroom has mold. Basically a full overhaul/reno is needed.

Great value

Third or fourth time there, like the location, clean, quiet, great staff. Only issue is the basically non-existent breakfast. First stay, the breakfast was in place. Good, hot and available. However, last few times not anything there. Juice and milk machine is water only (for the last 2-3 months, no ha small handful of bagels. Not out due to low occupancy? Don't know. Just don't expect it to be there anymore. I'll still stay again, but not planning on having breakfast.

Disappointed!

Pros: Staff was very polite, professional, and couteous.
Cons: Hotel is in dire need of major cleaning and maintenance.
Managers Jason and Shay were the highlight of our 2-night stay. However, there was mold growning in the bathroom, rusted out plumbing fixtures, and dirty carpets in our room. Breakfast was non-existant at 8:30 (nothing left -- not so much as a donut!). Pool was not cleaned or properly maintained. All of this was brought to the attention of the staff, which they acknolwedged, but they did nothing to correct, accommodate, or compensate for the hotel's shortcomings.

Fabulous Property

I stay here 22 nights every year. Consistent high quality .The Mgmt.& Staff ensure everything is First Class.& Well maintaned rea. The Bedding is new, fresh,so comfortable.Room totally redecorated. The rooms extremely comfortable with every amenity possible included. Sparkling pool and hot tub.Breakfast delicious and huge variety.. The Mgmt. Staf make sure you are welcomed each day, and provide everything to make your stay the most enjoyable. The BEST Holiday Inn Express I've stayed in, and I travel extensibly. Great value for the price. You will really enjoy your stay here!!!

Fabulous Mgmt, Fabulous Property

The Mgmt.& Staff is just terrific. Exceed every expectation of a professional, yet warm and welcoming hotel. Great breakfast and plenty of it. Great pool and hot tub, exercise room. Wonderful Business center. The rooms are so plush, new decor, elegant, fabuouose bedding, and sooo comfortable. This facility is top rate. Warm, inviting, immaculate. Everyone insures your stay will be a memorable experience. I stay here 22 nights a year when traveling. Never disappointing. Each trip better than the last. You will love this property.

Fabulous Hotel&Staff

Stayed 11 Nights at this wonderful Hotel. Decorated with the highest quality designer decor.Absolutely beautiful and immaculate rooms, lobby, pool, and public areas. Great breakfast, fantastic variety. Fantastic Staff who are so welcoming, and ensure every request is fulfilled to your satisfaction. The hotel was filled to capacity during my visit, and the Mgr. & his staff made sure everything ran smoothly. We were treated unbelieveably well. Everything about this property is more than ""First Class"". You are going to love staying here, we Certainly Did!!!
