Renovated old house, located on a working farm (organic cereals), adjoining another gîte, close to the owner's home and a 3rd gîte. Ground floor: living room/kitchen, lounge, shower room, toilet, small bedroom (1 double bed). Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (1 double bed) (1 double bed and cot) (2 separate beds 100x200), shower room/toilet. High chair on request. Wi-Fi. Private landscaped grounds of 350 m², terrace (relaxation lounge, garden furniture, barbecue). Swing, trampoline. Fishing in a private lake 500 m away. Options:
End-of-stay cleaning fee: €80/stay; Bed linen rental for 2 people: €20/stay (Beds made upon arrival if option selected); Towel rental: €8/person/stay; Additional charges: Electric heating: €120/week (payable to the owner), tourist tax.
