Kitchen ... Generally well stocked with what's needed, but can use a large pot for cooking pasta, soup bowls and better quality sponges for cleaning dishes.Cleanliness ... All great.Host ... We had been told we would receive check-in info three days before arrival. It was sent the day before. Otherwise, everything was done well.

Everything was just perfect. We had a group of 8 and had plenty of space. Their home is beautiful, super clean and fully stocked! Check-in and out was seamless and when we had questions, they were so accommodating.

The house was great and perfect for our family! Had everything we needed and clean and comfortable! We walked to town and to the ski lift easily!

Perfect for Large Family

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family had a great stay. Plenty of room for our family of 6 adults and 3 children. We prearranged a crib, highchair and some toys and sleds for the kids and all were in the unit when we arrived. The location was perfect, an easy 10 minute walk to the slopes and about that to get into town. We had 2 minor things arise and property management quickly responded and resolved them. While not impacting our stay, some suggested improvements are to replace the mattress in the primary upstairs bedroom (it was seriously way too soft), replace the frying pans, and get a new set of matching drinking and wine glasses. For the price during ski season these are some of our expectations. Otherwise we recommend and would stay here again.

We love Breck. The house was in a good location and had plenty of room. To improve, Most Higher-end VRBO’s have coffees, hot chocolates, teas, etc waiting for the stay. For 30 a guest could feel welcome and not have to spend it in a store to only leave behind or trash. Also the only other thing I could state about the house were the 3 levels differed very much in temperature. From being super cold on bottom level to hot on the top- all while the central thermostat on the 2nd level remained on 65.

Outstanding on All Counts!

The townhome was excellent. Location is very convenient for a short walk to all that Breck has to offer. Check in and out was very easy and much appreciated that we went straight to the unit. Communication was excellent although we didn’t need a thing during our stay. I would rate this as one of the best stays ever for us!

Breckenridge Ski Home

Stayed here for the weeked with a group of friends in April. Great location, everything was clean, and there are ample places to sleep making it a great ski house. We rode A Basin which was about 30 minutes away. Would certainly stay here again!
