Esta hermosa casa fue construida y terminada en el verano de 2014 por Pinnacle Mountain Homes. Cuenta con detalles de montaña modernos en un plano de planta abierto con una gran sala, cocina gourmet y área de comedor en el nivel principal. Las amplias ventanas en el área de la gran sala ofrecen hermosas vistas de Baldy Mountain, la división continental y vistas a la ciudad de Breckenridge.

UBICACIÓN: esta casa privada está ubicada en el barrio de Christie Heights, a la salida de Ski Hill Road. El Breckenridge Connect Gondola se encuentra cerca y lo llevará a Peak 7 & Peak 8 o hasta Main Street Breckenridge, donde podrá disfrutar de numerosos restaurantes, bares, tiendas y festividades locales. The two king bedrooms were very comfortable but not so much in the bunk room or other guest bedroom. It was very stuffy in the bunk room. The kitchen was very well stocked! The bathroom shower in the upstairs bedroom had poor water pressure but I loved the tub!

This house had a spacious and open feel, with excellent views overlooking Breck. Layout was great for our family and the house is a very short ride to Shock Hill Gondola and Peak 8 Base. Would stay here again!

Family Get Away

We took family from out of town to Breckenridge for a couple of days and they loved the house and the town. We ended up ordering food in one night because everyone was enjoying the house so much and cooked in the gorgeous kitchen the other night. The location of the property is excellent and close to town but also secluded enough relax. Highly recommend staying here.

We loved this rental! The house is gorgeous and there was so much space for everyone to relax and enjoy! It was close to the bus stop for easy access to skiing, and the hot tub was wonderful!There were a couple issues related to cleanliness and functionality. The dishwasher was full when we arrived and there were dishes and utensils that weren't clean in the cabinets. There is a broken rack in the dishwasher making it hard to wash efficiently. The ice machine on the fridge wasn't working. The sinks in the downstairs king bath were clogged. And there were three semi-full propane tanks for the grill so we had to switch out in the middle of cooking. None of these issues were horrible. We really enjoyed the house and would definitely return, but felt like, for the money, we would have liked to not have had these issues.

No need to look any further. This is an excellent house with beautiful views and a convenient location close to downtown. All ten of us enjoyed the house and amenities. It exceeded our expectations! Thank you for such a great house with excellent communication the whole time we were in Breckenridge. We had a wonderful time.

The house is clean and well appointed with plenty of room. We didn't cook anything other than breakfast but the kitchen seemed well equipped. For skiing, the location was an easy walk to the bus stop which was a quick ride to the Peak 8 base. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here.

Absolutely wonderful!

Our family and friends had the best vacation at the house. We absolutely loved the house! It was very clean, the layout was excellent, and we liked being in the mountains. It was in the perfect location too-easy to get to the downtown area and close to the gondola. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice-we had enough room for the 8 of us. And the open concept of the kitchen, dining area and living room was great. We enjoyed our dinners in every night because the view was amazing! If we come to Breckenridge again, we will definitely be looking to stay here again! The neighborhood was charming:)

The view of the city from the main floor living and dining area was absolutely beautiful. Especially at night with the city's christmas lights on. Being able to sit by the fire pit with this view was a bonus. The main floor fireplace was not working but the fireplace in the lower floor family room worked just fine. This home is on the first row of houses up from the city and is loterally 2-3 minutes from main street. Road to get there was easily navigated, no crazy turns or inclines/declines.

The house is beautifully designed, with well thought out common areas both inside and out. We appreciated how clean everything was and how well stocked the kitchen was. Each of our kids cooked one night, and they found everything they needed. We hiked most mornings, visited local towns in the afternoon and spent evenings at the house. While there, we played games at the large dining table, soaked in the hot tub and made s'mores on the gas fire pit. We were able to walk into town and we caught the gold line shuttle just around the corner from the house. It was also easy to walk to the mid mountain gondola stop. The management company was very responsive and came almost immediately to fix a minor issue with the grill. This was one of the nicest homes we've rented and we would love to return one day. Highly recommend!
