Talk about location: You’re just a quick walk or shuttle ride away from the Snowflake Lift, then you can ski back to the complex on 4 O'Clock Run. It’s just a two-block stroll to Main Street, and you can take the footpath to the seasonal Upper Village Pool and hot tub or enjoy a relaxing soak in the on-site communal hot tub as well. Sundowner II Condo is a great value for an in-town condo close to the slopes!

This 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom condo works perfectly for families and groups of up to six – and with two bedroom-suites with private bathrooms, it’s great for two couples to share! The living room features a gas fireplace, a flat-screen TV, plenty of seating, and a desk/work area. The fully equipped kitchen has all the gear you’ll need to whip up meals and snacks, and there’s seating for four at the dining table and two more at the counter.

Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, private washer/dryer, and parking for two vehicles. As with all SMR properties, this property is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival, and the condo is fully stocked with clean linens, plenty of fresh towels, and basic toiletries.
