Step back and have a great time in this cozy two bedroom Sawmill Creek condo. Located just one block from historic Main Street and 20 yards from the bottom of the Four O'clock run, you are surrounded by everything. This unit has a welcoming stone gas fireplace, as well as a washer and dryer, free Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen. Take a dip in the two indoor hot tubs, enjoy the shared grills and a covered parking space. Just outside the complex is the nearest bus to take you to your next skiing destination. For your convenience, all of our Sawmill Creek condos include access to our on-site operations office for maintenance questions/needs, supplies such as towels, or any other needs during your stay.

Great location. Ski in at the end of 4 o’clock run. Gold route right outside the door. At the beginning of route (just after Breck station), so it’s not after the bus is full in the morning if you are trying to make first lift. Walk anywhere downtown in 10 minutes.Condo was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Seems likely that the owners spend a lot of time there rather than it being rented constantly. Parking on site was not an issue. There is a physical key for the unit rather than a code. This is the only minor downside. Also, the door locked automatically after 5 minutes. That caused some confusion. Great view. All things considered, I was very pleased with this condo.

Great Stay in Breckenridge!

Great location, easy walk to the local restaurants and shops. Ski bus stop right in front and you can ski down the 4O’clock run to get home at the end of the day. Hot tub was lovely and was very clean. Kitchen was well stocked as well. We had a great time!

Wonderful weekend stay!

Wonderful stay in Breckenridge with family. The location was super, the place was very clean and had everything we needed. The beds and pillows were great. Highly recommend - would stay again!

Good location

The condo was nice, except the beds were way too soft and uncomfortable (all of them); however the condo was well stocked with kitchen items, towels etc. It is only ski in. You need to take a short bus ride to the lifts. Location is nice as it is a short walk to Main Street where shops and restaurants are located.

Great location

We loved the location of the property. The only things we didn’t like was only getting 1 parking pass. It’s really inconvenient to have to find over night parking anywhere close to town. Also, having to use keys instead of the door code lock that’s present is a pain. It’s a lot more convenient just to have a code to remember.

Convenient and cozy

Of top priority was the ski in accessibility and the ski locker. Next was how close we were to the gondola, lifts and the downtown. Third, and a bonus was how cozy and well appointed this condo was. For instance, the gas fireplace was a treat, along with the lovely throw blankets in the living area. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the equipment needed to dine in. Would be very happy to stay here again!
