Perfect for a couple on a ski trip! Loved having the full kitchen to cook a hot meal after a long day on the slopes. Everything is super close by, and the good route shuttle up to Peak 7 & 8 picks up right out front. We would stay here again!

The condo was nice, clean and the kichen had stables and all the utensils you would need. The location was great. I knew there was a restaurant on site but not mentioned, it was directly below. They had radio music piped outside till 10 pm. You couldnt enjoy the sounds of nature or the river

The property was nice however the little kids above us were very noisy all night. They never stop stomping on the floor. This isn’t the owners fault. The process of opening the key box was tricky. Would definitely stay here again and hopefully there won’t be any little kids above us

The location was excellent- right across the river from Main Street. The unit is a good size for 2 people. Tight for 4. The owner dropped by without prior notice at 9:30 am the first morning we were there (which was a Saturday). She knocked loudly on the door, introduced herself as owner, and dropped off some extra soap for the shower. We were awake, but it felt intrusive, like we were being checked on.

When we arrived, it was apparent that the unit had not been cleaned since the prior guest. When I called the host, she immediately communicated with the cleaning person who came and cleaned while we went to dinner. The host also removed the 150 cleaning fee for the inconvenience.

A perfect stay, great location , on site dining handy and Kim the owner well organized and she responded quickly as needed. The washer/ dryer was a godsend! Only a few suggestions: very little storage for longer stay visitors [ maybe would convert dead space in master closet with shelves and hangers and 2ndly, we are an older couple in our 70s, so some non skip treads in the shower floor would be great! We would definitely stay again.

As advertised, the location is very convenient to Main Street. Parking garage on site was secure and very much appreciated. Recent upgrades to the living room, dining area and kitchen were nicely done. Kitchen was well supplied with cookware and dishes. Bed was comfortable. Towels/washcloths were good quality. Small patio was nicely furnished with clean, sturdy furniture. The owner of the condo might ask the cleaning crew to rinse the floors with fresh water after scrubbing with cleaner in order to eliminate the sticky residue on the floors. The owner might also insist that the River Mountain Lodge clean up the unsightly area (disabled bicycle secured to tree along with debris) outside the bedroom window. The provided floor fans were greatly appreciated but a ceiling fan (especially in the bedroom) would be very much appreciated during stays in warmer weather. Anti-slip tub stickers as well as a grab bar are needed in the bathtub/shower. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in this VRBO unit. The owner of this unit shows an obvious desire to provide customer satisfaction. Communication was very good.

The property was nice and was perfect for two of us. The condo was equipped nicely with a cozy bed and coffee maker. The location is perfect with a nice view of the river and walking distance to everything. The communication from the get go was slow, taking days to respond. Maybe the host was busy, other than that, I recommend the condo!

Great location, perfect size for just the two of us. The only thing we were not prepared for was no air-conditioning. Likely this was called out in the listing, but I didn’t catch it. Fans were running, but still a bit hot in July for sleeping.

This property is perfectly located in Breckenridge and we were very happy with all that it offered. Sitting on the balcony enjoying the sounds/sights of the Blue River just below was our favorite part of each day. As with many properties in Breckenridge, there is no air conditioning so it can get a little warm inside but we were able to move a fan that was provided around, and that definitely helped. Overall, good value for this area and I would definitely recommend.
