Cozy 1 bedroom condo! Quiet building features indoor/outdoor hot tubs, parking for two cars, and in-unit laundry (rare find)! True ski-in/ski-out at Snowflake Lift. Awesome year-round location: hike/bike/snowshoe the Sawmill Reservoir Trail or hop on the Snowflake Chairlift, both of which are out the back door! Full size kitchen. Perfect space for a solo traveler, couple or small family.
The space • Cozy and efficient space • kitchen with a fridge, microwave, cooktop, dishwasher and small oven. Stocked with everything you need to cook and serve a meal. Full size appliances. • Entry closet with shelves. • Seating for four at the kitchen peninsula. • Living room with queen sleeper sofa, armchair and flat screen TV. • Bedroom with queen bed, dresser and nightstands with drawers. • Bathroom with tub/shower combo. • In-unit washer and dryer • Private balcony with mountain/ski area views
Building and Amenities: • Parking, 2 spots: Guests are allowed to park two cars in the outdoor parking lot. The complex does not have additional parking so additional vehicles will need to utilize town overflow options (the Ice Rink or Airport Road overnight pay lot). • Ski locker located on first floor • Ski-in/ski-out location directly across from the Snowflake Lift base area, which has a full service ticket window and ski shop* (Charter Sports, we have discounts available!) There is also a full service spa located in the Blue Sky building. *Snowflake Lift and/or Snowflake Run maybe closed early and/or late season and are subject to snowpack and conditions. It is the guest's responsibility to be aware of mountain terrain statuses and operations. • Two indoor hot tubs and one outdoor hot tub located in the middle of the complex. Indoor hot tubs are closed during the spring, summer and fall.
Provided Items: • The kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials. We also provide complimentary salt and pepper, coffee and tea, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, kitchen towels, and a sponge. • The bathroom is fully stocked with necessities as well as hairdryers and full size hand soap/conditioner/shampoo/body wash. Laundry detergent is supplied for the washer and dryer. • There is a pack n play crib available in this property. Pack n play sheets are not provided. • Hot tub towels are provided.

Guests are responsible for being aware of the Breckenridge Ski Area lift and terrain statuses. » This condo is located at an elevation of approximately 9,600ft. We recommend visiting the CDC website for more information on the possible effects of High Altitude. » There is no air conditioning and most properties in the area do not have it due to the mild summer weather and the fact that it cools down significantly at night. » Summit County has strict Short Term Rental rules and regulations that must be followed. Please refer to the Good Neighbor Guidelines posted in the unit on what is required from renters. » Per the HOA pets are strictly prohibited. » Weather in the mountains can be unpredictable, and travel disruptions may occur. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance, as we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations or interruptions due to circumstances beyond our control.
