Nice quiet place

We had a great family stay for Labor Day weekend. The condo was clean and comfortable. The full size bunk beds were really a treat. It had everything we needed to make meals. We really liked the location. It is in a quiet part of Breckenridge with trails close by. We did some hiking and biking while we were there as well as walking around Breckenridge. You would not be disappointed in this place.

Our adult son along with my wife and I stayed 5 nights at this condo. The town shuttle is right at the end of the condo drive and maybe 30 yards. We liked the place and would definitely consider staying here again. The only real complaint we have is that the padding on the couch is broken down and was not very comfortable and the bed in the master has a very springy box spring and whenever one of us moved it would after wake up the other person. Definitely not a deal breaker on staying here again

The property itself was fine for a budget stay, but there were several issues worth noting. The grounds of the complex were littered with dog feces, and noise from the unit above us sounded like a herd of elephants — both outside the host’s control, but it did impact the experience.Inside the unit:• The beds had very old, uncomfortable box springs — after four nights, I could barely walk.• In the bunkroom, the slats had been pushed to the end of the bed by a previous guest, causing the person sleeping there to fall to the floor in the middle of the night.• The extra blankets in the main bedroom had visible, caked-on dirt and clearly hadn’t been cleaned.• Most of the lightbulbs were burned out, making lighting poor throughout the space.• The shower made a loud, high-pitched squeal the entire time it was in use.Overall, this is a cheap place to crash and it's a great location for skiing with a bus stop right in front of the apartments, and if that’s your expectation, it may work for you. However, I personally would recommend spending a bit more for a nicer place if possible. I would not stay here again.

Great Location and Value of Skiing/Snowboarding is your focus

This condo is a great option if your focus is being close to the mountain (particularly Beaver Run) and affordability. Check-in was easy, and we appreciated that we never had issues with parking. A few things to note: (1) The living room furniture was not very comfortable, especially if all you want to do is put your feet up after a long day on the slopes. (2) While we were there, either our upstairs or downstairs neighbors used their fireplace, which caused our unit to smell like smoke/campfire for days. Not a huge deal, but it made all our clothes, etc smell like smoke.

While the unit was fine, the management company should have issued a warning about construction in the area. A lot of my time was spent recreating and visiting family, but I looked forward to relaxing while in the unit. That was impossible. The road work 100 feet east woke me up most mornings and literally shook the building on 2 late afternoons. The building construction 100 feet south was equally noisy. Both stirrred up clouds of dust. Should I choose to relax on the bed, my direct view included a portapotty.  I think the company should have known of this construction and offered an alternate location. The fact that they didn't suggests poor business practice. I teied to request a parial refund, but was unable to contact them  This was certainly not been the vacation I expected.Disappointed.Get Outlook for Android

Nice and quiet area, just a few minutes from Main St.. Enough room for us and we were able to bring our dog! We wanted a 2 bedroom, as our daughter was able to stay with us a few nights too. We had everything we needed to make this a very nice, comfortable stay. We will be back!

The condo description was accurate. Nothing fancy here, but clean, comfortable and in a nice location to downtown/gondola. The unit needs at least one humidifier. The outlet in the bathroom did not work. It would be nice to swap out the art for mountain/ski related. There is a working fireplace which I didn't notice in the description, which is a huge bonus for me.
