We enjoyed everything about our vrbo, and our stay in Breckenridge.The kids loved the pool table and the big dining room table accommodated everyone. The location to town and the ski area couldn't have been better and we enjoyed our days on the slopes and then being able to return to our vrbo for a delicious meal and relaxation. The host was great and responded immediately to all of our requests. We lost internet service at one point and the host responded immediately and the lost connection was quickly restored. We loved our stay and would gladly return someday. Thank you, and as they say, a good time was had by all!

The living and socializing room was wonderful. The beds were very hard and sheets not the best. The bathrooms were were tight. We did enjoy spending time in the family room in the sitting area. The house might be slightly rundown in the kitchen area.

Hosted a bunch of guys there for the weekend. The house easily fit all of us, and it's super cool. Great location. Highly recommend!

I would not book here again as I was horribly disappointed with the condition of the house. The location was perfect and the home has a lot of potential but the pictures online do not reflect the state of the home.For starters it is needing some basic maintenance items such as chipped paint, legs falling off of chairs, chipped and cracked tile, holes in the carpeting, area rugs frayed and ends rolled up, no bulbs in lamps, no soap in some of the showers…the list could go on.More importantly it was filthy. There were blood and urine stains on the extra bedding, dog hair on the beds, dirty dishes in the cabinets, the area rugs and carpet were stained. I have never left a review like this. I spoke with the management company and was told they didn’t really like the cleaning company and were looking for new and knew things needed to be painted and touched up but they didn’t have it scheduled yet. I was very embarrassed to host here and am disappointed in the lack of pride that is shown in this home. This is not a premier host by any stretch

House is very nice though pictures appear to have larger rooms than actual. Kitchen refrigerator door opens into the only doorway into kitchen!?Amenities were good though missing things in kitchen, nothing urgent but a little disturbing!Overall we enjoyed our stay with 20 people. Great location within walking distance of town as well as many hiking trails.

Great Breckenridge Weekend!

Our stay in Breck with friends was so much fun! The property was the perfect size for our large group. Getting to and from Main Street was super easy. The property manager/owner were communicative and flexible. We highly recommended for large groups!

Excellent Location and Amenities

This house served a large group of 18 friends very well. The hottub was clean, the view from the balcony was amazing, and the house was super clean upon arrival. The check-in/check-out process was a breeze. The house is also very close to town (even closer than google maps walking directions says because there is a shortcut trail next to the house). Would highly recommend staying here!

Family Reunion

We had a great time getting reacquainted - all ages: 15 - 87 ( group of 17). And so many games! We even had a pool/billiards tournament. And we finished a 500 piece puzzle in our 4 day stay. The younger ones loved the hiking. And the kitchen had two stoves and two dishwashers! What a lovely few days!

Ski Vacation

This property is close to the peak 8 gondola, which is great. But we arrived to broken glass around the hot tub, jewel pod caps strewn on the living room floor, and a broken bed frame (this bedroom also had no window covering). The kitchen counters and dining table also could have been cleaner, and the photos did not portray the kitchen accurately: there is absolutely no room in the kitchen for more than 2 people, and the fridge doors when open block access to/from the living room. One positive note: the beds were all clean and comfortable.

Great set up for a pet friendly family get away

There were 13 of us and bedrooms and bathrooms are set up well. Kitchen has two coffee pots, two gas ranges and two dishwashers which was great since we cooked most of our meals. Rooms were clean. I did wash all the dishes and cups when I arrived since whoever put them away last did not check that all the cups were clean inside before putting away. Very comfy beds. The only yard available is in front of house. There is a short "frontage" road that goes in front of the house so could walk dogs on that instead of main street. Bus system is a couple of minutes walk up the hill and works well. Only issue was the deck is rather unsafe. Outdoor furniture is placed over the top of holes in the deck. Railing is rather high so small dogs could easily fall through and it's a long ways down. Otherwise, great house for multiple families wanting to get away together. Quiet area and new washer/dryer.

Family Reunion

The house was perfect for our family reunion. Lots of bedrooms, and no bunk beds, which was nice since we were all adults! Pool table and hot tub were great! Very close to downtown and lots of other things to do. Highly recommend!

Great space for our birthday reunion

There was plenty of room for all of us to spread out as we needed. The family enjoyed the hot tub and playing pool. Just a short walk to the free gondola station cup to Peak 8.
