Efficient check-in. The house is very convenient to Main St. Its spacious and the interior is beautifully decorated. The kitchen was fully stocked with all of the amenities that you could need or want.

Quick Mountain Getaway

Harris house was a great fit for our family and extended family. We had babies, toddlers and adults and everyone fit perfectly! The best part is the location. We had a few minor maintenance issues and the property management company always responded very quickly.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time enjoying Harris House. It was a perfect venue for our two-family vacation! My only suggestion is to improve the WiFi in the house (perhaps with a booster or two) because there are some areas of the house (e.g., the front of the living room) where the WiFi cut out.

Located 3 blocks from Main Street and easy driving access to Breckenridge Peak 7 & 8. The house was so nice with plenty of room and everything we needed for the week including games for the whole family to have fun with. Working with Paragon Lodging was easy and would recommend to anyone. Thank you for a great vacation.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Harris house is the perfect Breckenridge rental for a large family. We have stayed here two times and love the house and the location. The kitchen is wonderful for cooking for a crowd. The outisde yard has both a warming gas fire circle and a hot tub. It is on a quiet street, but only two short blocks to grocery store and 3 short blocks to town, across the street from the SpeakEasy Theater and Library. I cannot think of a more perfect place. Paragon staff are helpful and available.

We had 13 people in our party and I was concerned it was going to be a bit too small. I was wrong. The size was perfect. Location to town was also great. Paragon Lodging did a great job of managing the reservation and even sent me a text letting me know I was able to check in 2 hours early. A big thanks to the home owners for making the Harris House available for renting and to Paragon Lodging for managing our reservation so well. We'll be back.

It is so quaint on the outside and then the inside is gorgeous, updated and has everything you might possibly want. Our party of 8 had more than enough room. The beds were all so comfortable, heated floors, hair dryers in every bathroom, Sonos speaker system, completely stocked kitchen...I mean I could go on and on. The location is perfect! We walked to Main Street to shop, to pick up our takeout and had dinner at Relish. We drove to the grocery store, but it's only about 5 minutes away. When we first pulled up to the house we saw the local fox! Paragon was so easy to communicate with and were available for any questions. We will definitely be back.

Perfect location - great service

We had a group of 7 embarking on our first-ever family ski vacation. The home was as described in the photos. Lovely, warm, super charming. The bunk room was perfect for our 3 boys and down in the basement which was nice allowing for the adults to carry on upstairs after their bedtime. We loved the hot tub after a day on the mountain. The location of the home was A++. Walkable to all Breckenridge has to offer. It’s such a great little town. Moving Mountains free vacation planning services was incredible. On short notice they booked everything for us. Ski fitting, rental, lift tickets, private lessons. As a first-timer that was so, so nice to have. It’s a bit overwhelming thinking about all that goes into a ski trip, they made it a breeze. They also checked in several times during our stay to make sure we were well taken care of and the house was to our liking. We stayed at many, many rentals over the years. I’m not sure I’ve ever experienced better service from a host. We will stay here again for sure. Thank you!

The house that made Spring Break 2019!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The entire rental experience was fantastic! Communication was top notch, arrival and departure was very easy, and the information shared beyond our rental to make our trip great was very valuable. During our stay, the Paragon team was extremely responsive for trash pickup, and one minor maintenance issue that was addressed within 2 hours. I couldn't have been more happy with them, and would encourage anyone to rent any property that they manage. As for the was Fantastic. We had plenty of room for our group, the kitchen was easy to use for both cooking, spreading out the take out food, and for having great conversation. Everyone was thrilled with their bedrooms, and the kids had a blast in the basement bunk room. The house made it very easy to use the free shuttle Blue line to the mountain. Perfect location for eating and shopping as well. The only complaint I heard was that the rooms could get a little warm at night. Some bedside small fans might help with that. At the end of the day, everyone in our group would rent the house again!

Birthday Celebration

The house was in a perfect location in the historic area and close enough to town to walk everywhere. The accommodations were above our expectations and very warm and welcoming. There is nothing that the place didn't have and we had a wonderful time I would highly recommend staying here if you are able you won't be sorry!

Everything was super clean and in great conditions! The areas very spacious and well lighted, super comfy and warm house! A block and a half walk to the bus stop and 5 min drive to the gondola! And only a few blocks from Main Street! We enjoyed our stay way more than expected!!!

Everything we needed AND MORE!

This home is super cozy, we felt at home the minute we walked in. I could go on and on about specifics, but there are just too many to highlight! Location, cleanliness, management and amenities were all 5 stars. (For us South Louisiana folks, the shower steamer was a life saver!😊) If anyone asks me where to stay in Breckenridge....This Is It!

Even Better Than the Pictures!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I rented this house for an annual ski trip of 9 guys and we couldn't have been happier. We knew the place was going to be nice based on the photos, however we were blown away when we arrived. As someone who owns a vacation rental, I thought they owner is crazy for renting a place this nice. There was plenty of room for all of us, the kitchen was well stocked, and the grill was a nice Weber. Paragon sent us frequent texts to make sure everything was okay. It was also a short walk to downtown Breckinridge.
