Steeped in historic charm, Kenlo Farm offers a unique stay amidst southeast Wilmington in the Mount Snow region. The home's grand exterior overlooks a lovely pond and seasonal views of the trees. Inside, an old-world ambiance flows effortlessly throughout each room. The light-filled front living room is composed of ample seating, perfect for afternoon reading sessions and serene chats with your loved ones. The second living room hosts a large TV for morning newscasts and evening movie viewings.
Well-equipped for all of your culinary needs, the kitchen displays a full suite of appliances and plenty of meal prep space.
The five bedrooms are equally charming, all boasting original hardwood flooring, lovely wallpaper, and cozy linens. Partial air-conditioning will keep you comfortable no matter the temperature outside. Additional interior amenities include a private washer/dryer, a collection of board games, and internet access.
Ideal for outdoor lovers, Kenlo Farm has direct access to VAST trail systems. Within 20 miles of the farm, explore Hogback Mountain Conservation Area, Timber Creek Cross Country Ski, Brattleboro Country Club, Mount Snow, and Berkshire East Mountain Resort.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
