O anúncio da reserva em momento algum menciona que não é um hotel. É um flat que pertence a um terceiro que fica dentro do Kubitshek Plaza mas não pertence ao hotel. Então a limpeza e manutenção do quarto são de responsabilidade do proprietário do flat. A cama era extremamente desconfortável e os travesseiros muito ruins, daqueles bem finos. A limpeza do banheiro também deixou a desejar pois havia restos de sabonete deixados pelo hóspede anterior e sequer tinha lugar para pendurar as toalhas. Tivemos que improvisar e pendurar nos cabides do armário. No geral, a estadia foi bastante desconfortável. Ainda bem que ficamos apenas 1 noite. A única vantagem foi o preço e localização.
