Terrivel e o maximo de elogio que posso falar sobre essa acomodaçao, nao porque ficou parada nos anos 60 e tudo esta quase caindo aos pedaços, mas pela PESSIMA GESTAO do quarto. Recebi o quarto com o frigobar quebrado, entrei em contato com a FELIX FLATS (gestora da acomodaçao) para informar que o aparelho nao estava funcionando e que tinha enchido ele de pereciveis como frutas, queijos e iogurtes, e que precisava que o frigobar funcionasse e a resposta que recebi foi "INFELIZMENTE, O FRIGOBAR NAO ESTA FUNCIONANDO MESMO" e nada mais, nem uma atitude de ajudar, nem um pedido de desculpas, nem um desconto, nem uma troca de acomodaçao, NADA, total descaso. Tentei que me respondessem nos 4 dias que fiquei hospedada ali. NUNCA SE HOSPEDEM NESSE MUQUIFO!!! HORRIVEL, PESSIMO.

Então: .- Não tinha tomada no quarto para carregar celular o notebook, só no banheiro (nota -1) 2.- A tv nunca funcionou direito (nota -1) 3.- Um dia sabado ficou sem luz por 3h +/- e nem fui notificado até que entrei no quarto, a segun foram trabalhos de manutenção, 4.- Banheiro grande porém a agua quente demora em sair, 5.- Ao dar descarga que começa encher o depósito do vaso faz um barulho horrível, 6.- O armário de madeira em ma condições. Não voltarei nesse ap flat mais não. Mas os funcionários nota 1000 (a única coisa boa dessa estadia)

A começar pela administradora do Apart hotel., Félix, mandei mensagem só me respondeu com 24 horas depois. 1. Toalhas rasgadas 2. Televisão sem controle ou seja, sem Tv 3. Não repassou a senha do Wi-Fi 4. Maçaneta do banheiro solta por dentro, grande perigo de alguém ficar presa no banheiro MUITO PERIGOSO 5 maçaneta do chuveiro solto também 6. E o quarto que me foi disponibilizado foi diferente do que contratei. Pois escolhi pela foto um quarto que tinha bancada para usar computador e o que fiquei não tinha

O Hotel é bom e bem Localizado, a grande questão é que o abadar está em reforma e o proprietário alugou mesmo assim, então poeira, barulho e trabalhadores dentro da entrada do apartamento!! Não gostei, o check in realizado apenas às 15h fiquei muito tempo esperando quase perdi o evento, as instalações no quarto não eram das melhores, não tem se quer uma mesa de inscrivania para apoiar um computador, não tem um armário, ou seja mobília insatisfatória, a TV não estava funcionando. Além disso não foi passado um contato do proprietário do flat caso necessitasse de suporte.

1-Na chegada não permitiram check in antecipado pois este é uma decisão do Proprietario, se fosse o hotel...talvez! 2- Metade dos 6 pontos de luz, queimados 3- Duas cadeiras com estofamento vencido e uma delas rasgada de lado a lado como se cortada com Faca 4-Com estadia de 5 dias toalhas se esgotaram e nao foram trocadas pois , segundo o hotel, aresponsabilidade é do proprietário.." trocam a cada 7 dias poïs roupa de cama nao é nossa e tampouco lavanderia!!" 5- Vazamento base da privada contido com...Toalhas, após encharcar a única toalha de chão 6- Pequena barata na banheira! Levei à portaria.."veremos que podemos fazer" 7-Internet? Veja no seu contrato, responsabilidade é do proprietário. Liguei para o celular do Amapa conforme folheto...Telefone nao atendia!! 8- Idem Televisão, fale com a agencia de seu proprietario! 9- No contrato, nao ficou claro que Cafe da Manha nao estava incluido!! 10- Preço da Diaria? Um acinte, mais de R$ 1.00,oo por noite "Alta temporada 11- Tomada para carregar equipamentos? Apenas duas e uma , com "T" ocupada com TV e Internet 12- Ia esquecendo!! Passei frio a noite... com o proprietario! me safei botando uma camiseta e o lencoa da cama de solteiro ao lado!! Concluindo: A irresponsabilidade do contrato entre Hotel e Proprietario é total!! Quando fiz a reserva achei que ficaria no hotel, mas qdo cheguei é que fui informada que era uma unidade flat, que nao estava ligada ao serviço de hotel. Primeiro ponto ruim, pq na reserva isso nao ficou claro. A unidade tem móveis antigos, um único ponto de tomada que dá pro hóspede usar, banheiro com teto mofado, colchao duro e afundado, não tem secador. Mas o pior foi passar frio a noite pq nao tinha um cobertor/edredom/manta que eu pudesse usar. Além disso os lençóis eram tão finos que eu tive que usar toalhas pra me cobrir. Roupa de banho e cama muito velha e até furada. Enfim, uma péssima experiência!
