Three bedrooms each with a 140x190cm bed, the last one with a bathroom with a shower open to the bedroom. You will have access to a second bathroom with a shower. Two separate toilets. Upstairs, there is a mezzanine with a children's play area (Lego, books).
You can enjoy a 40m² private garden in front of the cottage overlooking the pool, barbecue, and garden furniture. A shared swimming pool is open from June to the end of September (dimensions 11x5, chlorine-treated, 1.50m deep, secured by a roller shutter). Shared laundry room with outdoor access and washing machine. This place is a true invitation to relax, offering a green and peaceful setting, while remaining close to the wonders of Brantôme, just 5 km away. The surrounding hiking trails promise moments of discovery in the heart of the region's unspoiled nature.
