We had high hopes as the property had a high rating when we booked. When we arrived, the person at the front desk was on her phone and couldn’t be bothered to greet us or check us in. Additionally, there was what we assume was a homeless person hanging out in the lobby with a wagon full of junk. Once we did finally get checked in, we made our way to the room where we found all of the smoke detectors in the hallway covered with plastic tape. This immediately made us feel unsafe. Inside the room we were met with a musty mildew smell and the door didn’t close all the way. In fact, none of the doors closed all the way and you could hear everyone inside all of the rooms. This also let light in through the door at night making the rooms very bright. The shower didn’t close all the way and leaked water all over the floor when we tried to take a shower. Additionally we found hairs on the towels, shower wall, and in the bed. The AC unit displayed 68 as the temperature however it was so hot and humid in the room all night. Overall, it’s in a great location but we would opt to spend a few extra dollars and stay at a name brand hotel we know and trust. We were really disappointed.

The staff there are all so friendly, especially Naiya and Ericka. We didn't meet anyone unwilling to assist. Only suggestion would be offering differing items on the breakfast buffet, having the same items everyday becomes monotonous.

Bugs and mildew in the room.

Lady at front counter was super nice and really helpful. We got to our room and it smelled of mildew and was musty like someone washed the bedding and let it sit in the washer for 3 days. Also, my daughter found spider in the bed between the sheets. We promptly left and explained to the lady at the front desk that we couldn’t stay because of the conditions. She was very understanding and very polite about everything. She was the only good thing about the property.

It's ok

It's ok for a one night stay. The building is older and has been remodeled. Generally everything looked pretty clean. However, after it was too late to move, we realized there were small blood stains on the sheets and something that looked like boogers wiped on the wall next to the bed. We also found a receipt for a cell phone purchase that someone else had left behind just lying on the counter by the sink. Between that and the blood, etc. it does make one question how thoroughly the room was cleaned. It wasn't the worst, but it wasn't the best either. The price was decent for the area.

When I got to the property I was not please the pictures make the property look a lot bigger & nicer. I was very disappointed, the rooms do not look as advertised. The color is correct. It’s in a really good area a lot going on & walking distance to everything!

Very bad experience. Its overpriced for the type of Hotel. Is considered more like a Motel. The rooms are dirty. They don't come to clean up the room, not even after asking them 2 straight days to do our room. The rooms smelled like mold and are very outdated. We asked for additional shower gel and they only had soap bars. The front desk people have horrible attitude and were very mean. Not recommended.

The hotel was just ok. Front desk Staff seemed kind of sketchy. Not unfriendly but not really friendly either. Room was basic sink was in the room rather then a closed off room which I didn’t really like. Toilet and shower were in a separate room. Just didn’t get a good vibe from the place in general.
