Small town inn. Was very nice to stay in. Appliances are old and things were not the most clean. But the people were very nice and I loved the cabin feel. If the bedding and appliances were upgraded, and cleanliness was more detailed it would be perfect! A great stay overall.

Checked in only to find out the pool was closed and the ice machine was broken. Got to the room and the toilet was clogged and water in the sink would not drain. Told the guy at the desk and went for supper. Came back to the same situation. Room was clean, bed was comfy, but the whole place needs some repairs done.

Indoor pool was closed without notification. Barely any breakfast laid out , one morning no breakfast. (Called and the staff overslept and came out of a hotel room there). They refused to even turn on and have the pancake machine going. Ice machine wasn’t working - was told to come to front desk to get ice - once we did that they refused to give us ice and said to buy it at the gas station . We checked out early due to staff and conditions - and now they won’t contact us back on any refund for the days not stayed .

Parking was well lit, staff are helpful and friendly, though not often available at the desk. The swimming pool and hot tub are "still" not in service as previous reviews have noted. The breakfast is "skimpy" and could be greatly improved, starting with replacing the defective cereal dispensers that are troublesome to operate and spill the contents. Consider adding orange juice and hard boiled eggs. Consider loosing the bed spreads.

No ice. Pool and hot tub not working. They were really stretching saying it was a “breakfast buffet.” One door was unavailable so you could only use the one by the desk. My non-smoking room smelled like cigarette smoke. Seemed like they weren’t trying. Giving them 2 stars and not one because there was a bed, a bath room, four walls, and cable. Too expensive for what they offered.

This place has potential. The carpets were very clean. We were not able to use the pool as it was out of order. We could only enter/exit through the front door, as the latch for the side door, which was only held together with duct tape broke off in the locked position, and was not repaired during our stay. Since there are only two or three employees, total (two of which were friendly) there are issues: Mildew on the shower ceiling, inadequate towels in the room, vacuum cleaner laying in hallway. Deferred maintenance everywhere: potholes in driveway, over grown shrubbery completely blocking room windows. In desperate need of updating. This location doesn’t seem to have had any improvements this century, including beds and seating. We would stay here again once improvements have been made as it is conveniently located, easily accessible, and offer many amenities.
