I would have awarded this property 4 stars but on the fourth night of my stand a loud band in the function room started rehearsing at 5 pm and then. played a great thumping beat from about until 0100 making sleep impossible. Intending guests should carefully consider this before booking.

Desperate need of investment

Dated, damaged and unclean room. Worn out bed, very uncomfortable. Furniture old and damaged. TV cut off full picture. Bathroom from 1980’s. Communal areas are fine and staff were friendly, I understand there are some refurbished rooms available on request. Too much of a risk to return.
