The room was clean and as expected at a Holiday Inn quite comfortable enough, but what stood out on my first visit to this branch was the exceptionally welcoming and and helpful staff together with the unusually good food provided in the dining room.

The reception/dining is on second floor which is slightly different and for me, confusing. There wasn’t any healthy meals- they kept offering sandwiches and pizzas even though it was past 10 at night.

The room was very spacious with a great shower and very comfy bed. It was too hot but this wasn’t a problem, as a fan was provided and you could easily open the window. All the staff I meet were friendly and helpful. Breakfast each morning was amazing. Overall a great hotel which I would definitely recommend and stay again

Very clean room, the staff were very nice and friendly, the breakfast was very good. Could not fault the parking, multi storey car parking leading straight on to the concourse of the hotel and cinema complex also to include bowling, nando's, pizza hut and very close to the city centre.
