Some of the unforgettable aspects of our vacation with family was the combination of substandard maintenance and management, starting with dirty floors, no dishwasher, no television in the second bedroom and no pool access in the first half of the eight days, followed by water outage and the broken building elevator during the last two days, much of which Seabreeze was initially unaware and always claimed was some other group's responsibility. Apparently, the major responsibility of Seabreeze is to collect money for itself and the owner with little concern for the enjoyment of guests, which in this case included a handicapped person less able to handle stairs, left on the second floor. The one praiseworthy person was the handyman who did his best to help us get the place ready for the next unsuspecting guests.
