Better Communication

Property is as described; however, the community pool was a major reason I booked my stay here and was not notified the pool was under repairs which the property owners were aware of. I asked for a small compensation for my stay and did not hear back. Disappointing.

Great area to explore, we didn't have a problem getting around. Being older we did miss the access to the pool which was closed for repairs.We were planning to return next year for the month of March. Rates were too high

Nice place to relax

Quite area but close enough to get anything you need. Plenty of things to do around the area. Far enough away from the beach to not have crowds but close enough to make a beach trip. Listed beach chairs and umbrella but did not have access. Emailed the host and was told there should have been a key for the storage room. Key was never dropped off to use.

Good location

Quiet neighbourhood, walking distance to Publix, CVS, Walmart, Aldi and several restaurants. Townhouse has a good floor plan, kitchen well equipped although you will need to provide all pantry supplies, even salt and pepper.Sent a question to property manager that was quickly confirmed but never answered.

We couldn't stay this time, but would absolutely book again

Our plans were disrupted by Hurricane Milton. There was a lot of uncertainty after the storm about what conditions would be like and whether we'd be able to stay. Our host stayed in touch with timely and accurate information so we could make the best choices for our family. In the end, the property didn't get power back in time for us to stay there. But because of the great communication described above, we wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Loved our stay!

Very cute place. Super comfortable bed - we slept so well! The location was good for our needs and we loved sitting on the lanai and enjoying the pond view. Both TVs worked great. Would definitely stay again.

Retired newbies.

Could not use tv upstairs because we do not have streaming at home. The air conditioners were loud and could not sit outside. The pool was not on the property. The deco was pretty, and the kitchen, laundry, sitting area was very comfortable. The master bed was very comfortable and we both slept well. I forgot to check what kind of mattress you had. I would have certainly gone out and bought one immediately. Hope this is helpful for improving the home.

Would stay again

Pros: Great location, clean, washer and dryer is a plus, great view from master bedroom, super comfortable bed Cons: the keypad on the door and the lock are a little tricky, the hand rail coming downstairs is facing the wrong way so its pointed up and sharp, my husband and i both bumped into it a few times and was uncomfortable but nothing major, plently of towels but somehow no wash cloths

First 2 months of retirement!

This townhouse is very cute and clean. We stayed for 52 days and they let us have our dog. This development is dog friendly but it depends the owner. The lanai has great water pond view with lots of wildlife. This unit comes with everything you’d need. The beds are very comfortable. The pool is amazing!

OVERALL GOOD

It was a nice location and it was clean. There was no tp holder in the master bathroom and that may seem like a small matter but it would have been nice to have even a floor one. TP got in the shower most of the time. Kitchen cupboard doors would not stay shut and the TV in the Master bedroom never worked. We loved the entry and the neighborhood. It was nice to take our dog with us and we would stay there again.

Reasonably priced, safe, quiet and clean

I stayed a week. In general the home was very clean and as depicted in the vrbo ad. I would have appreciated some coffee filters for the coffeemaker; otherwise the basic necessities were provided. The only inconvenience I had was that the last two days of my stay the association was doing work on the circle in front of my unit so I had to park a fair distance away, which is no fault of the owner.

Lovely view and great location

We had a great stay and enjoyed the convenience of the location. Renters should know there is no ice maker or garbage disposal which I didn’t realize how much I used until I didn’t have them. Great correspondence with the renter and any questions or concerns were immediately answered or addressed. I would recommend this unit.

Beautiful Townhome Seahorse Sabal Key

Beautiful & perfectly furnished with everything needed! We have stayed at many FL vacation rentals since our Son moved 16 years ago, and Seahorse is one of the best! We will definitely book again. It felt like home <3
