We had a great stay at this rental home in Bradenton, Florida! The house provided plenty of space for our family to relax and enjoy time together. The pool was definitely a highlight—clean, refreshing, and perfect for both kids and adults. We also appreciated the proximity to the beach, which was convenient and made day trips easy.While we thoroughly enjoyed the home, we did feel that a few areas could use a bit of TLC to bring it up to the standard you’d expect at this price point, which is more in line with a luxury property. With a few upgrades, this home could easily go from great to exceptional.Overall, it was a wonderful stay and we made great memories here!

Wonderful Wedding Experience

We visited Bradenton for a wedding and reception for about 60 people. We ended up finding out that we were allowed to have a reception at the house and it was the perfect fit. Twenty of us stayed at the house, we had our ceremony on Holmes Beach and then came back to the house for a reception. There was plenty of room for the DJ, Caterers, bar items, tables, etc. it was literally perfect for our day. We are so thankful for all of the amenities and the memories we were able to make using this property! We will be back.

Amazing property

We paid a little more than usual and were not disappointed. This is a very very nice property. There is plenty of parking, plenty of bathrooms, a huge, well-equipped kitchen, very large indoor and outdoor dining space. Any concerns were addressed immediately by the management company. It’s a great location for walking or riding bikes. Everything is updated and all the beds we used were comfortable. There is a main house and guest house. So much room. It was wonderful!!

Excellent Property for a Large Group

This property suited our large group very well. It feels like a contained private compound being surrounded by a cement wall, and in a very nice quiet neighbourhood. There were plenty of bedrooms and beds, lots of bathrooms and the best equipped VRBO that we have ever stayed in, including kitchen equipment, dishes, cutlery, appliances beach towels, and indoor towels. The outdoor space is large and very enjoyable. Lots of tables, chairs, lounges. A large pool, separate hot tub, putting green, covered barbecue area including sink and refrigerators, and the grassed area allowed for our large group enjoy a lot of fun and laughs. The games room is large and equipped with pool table, foosball table, and large TV with plenty of seating. Location is close to anything you need and near beach areas. The very few issues we had were addressed very promptly. Overall the property and management company get 5 stars.

Family vacation 2024

The house turned out to be great for our family. Unfortunately, this house came up on VRBO as being the first one listed for Anna Maria Island, Florida. The house is actually in Bradenton, Florida almost 1/2 hour from Anna Marie Island. The house was well stocked other than dish towels. The children had plenty to do with the pool, the game room and toys that we brought. The house seemed clean but all of us woke up with bed bug bites that did not exist on our bodies when we went to Bed. The bedrooms probably all need to be fumigated.

Perfect

We had the best experience at this great place! We were able to comfortably have our 18 girls, and two moms stay here and enjoy it. The girls were able to rest and relax around their lacrosse tournament at IMG. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Wonderful wonderful wonderful! Pool was wonderful - hot tub wonderful - game room wonderful!! There enough beds, bedrooms AND bathrooms for all! Proximity to Anna Maria Island was perfect. When there were the occasional issue it was addressed immediately! Highly recommend!

Family Reunion

We had a wonderful stay in Florida with all our kids and grandkids. The house fit everyone nicely and the pool was a huge hit with the kids. The house had everthing we needed except a can opener. We bought one and left it there for the next tennants.

Exceeded expectations

We arranged a fishing outing on Anna Maria Island with some key customers and needed a place to fit 15 people. This worked out great. Very private, plenty of room, newly renovated. Very nice property.

Great place. Had just about everything. Lots of room for everyone. We had 10 people in our group and we didn’t use 3 bedrooms!! The main Kitchen was fully equipped. We never used the kitchen in the guest house. Outdoor kitchen area was great!! We hardly left the place! Kids enjoyed the hot tub, pool and game room. Keep in mind this has a main house with a rather large guest house. Everyone had their own space! Publix is 5 mins away. Anna Marie island took over an hour to get there with traffic. Bummer. Could use some cheaper coolers to keep bevs on ice around the pool. We left a cheaper corn hole set there. We like throwing bags and drinking beer! No see em bugs were bad. Bring bug spray. Great place and recommend it!! Maybe some bicycles would be a great addition too.

Blue Crew 2023 Trip (Ice Cream & Hamburger)

We really love this property. Only issue is make sure they have the hot tub set up and cleaned properly before you get there. I would defiantly rent again. I have already told everyone about this.

Soccer Tournament Getaway

Our group traveled to Bradenton for a soccer tournament. We had a large group to accommodate. The house was the perfect size for what we needed, and for a large group. Everything was clean and new. We could tell it was newly renovated and it was beautiful. The large eating areas (inside and out) are great for groups. There is a lot of storage and space to spread out. The game room, pool and hot tub were great for entertaining the kids and parents. It allowed us to spend most of our time at the house (besides the soccer fields) The house is extremely well stocked. We had everything we needed. The extra fridge in the laundry room was perfect and needed for this large of a group. There was a pack and play and a high chair for the little one in our group. A couple things to note: -there are beach chairs outside in storage (we did not find those until the last day) - there is a lot of tupperware, which was amazing since we were doing a lot of cooking and storing - bug spray, one night we got a lot of bites outside We will be booking this house early for next year! Thanks.
