Clean and Close to Beach

My husband I stayed at Christine’s place for two nights. It was clean and Christine responded immediately to any questions we had. Parking was easy and there were plenty of beach chairs available. The pool was clean, the AC worked well, and we were less than a block from the ocean. We typically stay closer to Bridge Street so that we can walk for coffee and to shops and restaurants, but Christine’s place was only a twenty minute beach walk away and probably worth it to some for the quiet. And there’s always the free trolley option. The only suggestion I might make is to add some personal touches, like paperbacks and board games, but I know she just bought the property and I’m sure these things will come in time. All in all, great little place to stay for one or two people.

Perfect Location

This was a prime spot on the island. Close to shops and restaurants but even closer to the beach. We enjoyed our time here and will book again. Jill is a very responsive host.

Another Great Weekend

Great, as usual. We love the location and the building, too. A nice slice of old Florida beaches, but with today’s conveniences. A/C, TV, internet…plus with the other amenities like a kitchen with a real stove and refrigerator (although, we didn’t need them this time). We had one hiccup when the shower quit working…Jill had it taken care of early the next day. All in all, we had a great time and we’re ready to reserve again for next year! Thanks to Jill!

Great property

This was a great property and perfect size and set up for what I needed for a week at the beach. The only negative thing was the shower. The water pressure was not great and a took a bit of guesswork to figure out the temperature. Jill was great to communicate everything about my stay and ensured my stay went well.

Everything we needed - exactly as described and pictured Steps to the pool and a very short walk across the street to the beach - everything we needed for the beach was available At the street corner is the trolley stop and the trolley is free !! This runs to the end of the island! We would highly recommend and definately will return !

Winter Getaway

Quaint and cozy cottage. Very clean, well equipped, and close beach access made it a beautiful place to see the sunset. The place is ideally set to see new sites while walking the dog, the beach to roam, access to trolley rides, and a beautiful heated pool area to kick my feet up and relax in quietness. Jill was on top of things all the time with her desire to accommodate every need. Excellent host! My two weeks may have been a little cool, windy and rainy, but it was wonderful compared to a foot and half of snow and below zero temperatures back. I hope to be back next year.

Great little spot with BEST host

Jill does an incredible job of welcoming guests. We were very sick for most of trip but she made the stay a positive experience. Cute little place. Big step up into bathroom may be difficult for someone with mobility issues. Wonderful to walk out of room right onto pool deck. Great location with easy access to beach. We'll be back!
