SUNSETS MAGNÍFICOS - DÍAS RESTFUL

Este hermoso condominio moderno está directamente en las playas de arena blanca del Golfo de México. La vista es increíble. A lo largo de la playa de arena blanca es una cinta de agua azul trullo de aproximadamente 100 - 200 pies de ancho. Más allá de eso, el agua se convierte en un rico y profundo color azul oscuro. De vez en cuando usted verá a los delfines nadar en el área azul del agua del trullo, y son criaturas agraciadas. Ver la puesta de sol sobre el Golfo de México es una verdadera alegría. Caminar milla y milla de arena blanca en polvo.

Disfrute de este hermoso condominio de estudio, que está directamente en la playa y es privado y tranquilo. Hay un balcón privado en el que se puede leer un libro, o disfrutar de una comida cocinada en el condominio. Nadar en las cálidas aguas del Golfo o utilizar la piscina climatizada privada si lo prefiere.

Nuestro condominio de estudio tiene una cocina totalmente equipada, con estufa de 2 hornillas, nevera de tamaño completo con congelador y un horno de microondas. Hay una cama king size, sofá-cama y otomana, TV de pantalla plana, reproductor de DVD y servicio de internet. Está muy bien decorado y muy limpio. El servicio de ropa de cama está incluido, pero debe traer su propia toalla de playa.

Hay un tranvía gratuito que te llevará a Anna Maria Island y las otras llaves para ver cosas tales como galerías de arte, teatro, restaurantes y boutiques. Alquilar un SEGWAY o un carrito de golf cerca para divertirse. Pescado fuera de un muelle. Descansa y relajate.

Tome una copa de vino en su balcón privado / patio y ver la puesta de sol sobre el Golfo.

Escuchar el sonido de las olas en la playa.

Amazing Beachfront Location

This property was exactly as advertised! Right on the beach, walk steps straight out to the clear waters. Short drive to local restaurants and Bridge Street. We'll be back!

Great getaway

Property was nice. The swimming pool was nice and well-kept. They provided chairs and loungers that you could take to the beach which was very nice. You just have to bring them back and access to the beach was wonderful. You’re very close just a few steps away and you’re right there at the beautiful water. Beaches were perfect

Great location

We loved waking up to the beach right out the window. Great location with plenty of options within walking distance to eat which was nice for us because we did not rent a car. Beach was not crowded and there were plenty of lounge chairs available for beach use (we didn’t mind pulling them out there and returning when we came in). There were beach towels, an umbrella and a few beach chairs in our room. We used the free trolley to get around and there are several stops very close to here. Great for a quick beach getaway for us!

Good location

Reasonable place to stay. Its basically a studio. Its not central air so the unit struggled to cool the room evenly. No quality umbrellas for the beach. Keep in mind the beach amenities when traveling. Toilet paper was so thin. Had to buy real toilet paper. Its cozy. We were not in there much of the time. Pool is nice.

We chose this place because of the location, the beach view & access, & we weren't disappointed. That was perfect! The Internet was down for most of our stay bc of earlier storms. It wasn't the host's fault, & they did the best they could to get it fixed, but the tech guy was slammed bc of island wide problems. He switched out the modem, but it only helped for a day - but we were leaving anyway. The only issue was that bc you have to use the net for everything now, restaurants, airline, etc, we overran our data plan a bit. The place itself is pretty tired & needs updating. The mattress is so worn out that it sank badly on each side. Also, the AC is loud & old, and blew directly onto one side of the bed. Neither could be moved. Again, not anything our hosts could do anything about. Our hosts were wonderful!!! When I mentioned that our place didn't have a cutting board or a decent knife, they brought brand new sets of each over the next day! I wouldn't want to stay there for a long time, but for a few days, it was wonderful. The view & location were enough.

Although the unit itself inside was clean and appeared to be updated, the building and grounds were just old and in need of some serious updating. And we felt that the pool area etc should have been more secure.... anyone off the beach or street could come into the area.. Also, no washers and dryers on premises. And no oven ad ad stated. It is our own fault for staying that long. But really only suitable for a few days.

Great location

We love love the location for just the 2 of us. This was the first time we’ve been to AMI without 5 adult kids!! The bed is a little soft, but we still rested pretty well. We would absolutely stay again!

Wanted some beach time.

The place looked like the picture for sure but it was smaller than expected. Main room was fine but the bath room needs a good coat of paint and some updating. My first impression as I was using the elevator to take up luggage was not positive. French Fries on the floor with bugs, very dirty and was still the same as we left 2 days later. First thing my husband did once we were in the room was check to see if the TV worked. It would turn on but you couldn't change the channel up and down to see what was on. He called the number we were told to call and spoke to "an answering service, it seemed" and someone was supposed to get back with us. They never did. We never saw anyone at the front office but the sign said to go next door to the Dream Inn. We did and the gal said she would send over the maintenance man with another remote. Never saw him. So first impressions were not good at all. We walked on the beach that evening, which was wonderful, wiped our feet before going in the room barefooted. When I went to sit on the bed and looked at my feet, they were filthy. My only conclusion was that the floor was that dirty. yes, our feet were sandy from the beach but not filthy. the floor was tile and didn't appear dirty but it must have been. So, loved the beach and AMI but wouldn't stay here again, especially not for the cost of the room for 2 nights.

Ocean view property

Property is on the ocean front. We had good time watching the ocean with a cup of tea from the patio. Property is clean, has a swimming pool and they also provide with the chairs to use at the beach. It has a small kitchen with utensils.

Location was excellent. Building was in need of maintenance and cleaning.

Check in was easy. I was charged for travel insurance which I declined on paperwork I submitted. Unit was clean, balcony although dated with excellent views and location. Would suggest including some basics like small size shampoo, soap, dish towels, coffee filters, salt and pepper.

First time to Anna Marie but not our last. Had a wonderful experience with Paradise Properties. Condo was very nice and the view was spectacular.

Fantastic view

Location Location Location. What a beautiful sunset view! Looking directly to the west, over the Gulf. The room was comfortable but it could use a "Junk drawer". No paper, pencil, pen. Maybe a bottle opener? Coffee measure? Listing said there was washer and dryer on premises. Nope! While we were there the pool was closed for a few days. Heater was not heating the pool. Other than those things, pretty nice.

Very solid accommodation, right on the beach

Loved being right on the beach, the property as you can prob tell from pics a older but the unit we stayed in was fully updated with new kitchen, crown molding, etc. Nice having a balcony, nice clean little pool in back of building. If I was giving the property mgr a little feedback....leave an extra one of those mini bars of soap and one of those mini bottles of shampoo for guests. Also, previous guest had had fish in fridge or freezer and smell was a little pungent. But overall nice room and property
