The room was ok. The noise outside the room was ridiculous. We couldn't get any sleep due to all the noise. And the heated pool was ice cold. Couldn't even swim in it.

The receptionist was extremely rude. I noticed that the smoke detector was detached as well as the camera being pulled out and asked about and the receptionist was provokingly rude.

The room was clean, but had many things that needed repairs. One lamp was dented and looked like it had been dropped or thrown, another lamp the on/off switch didnt work, the wall in the bathroom had a hole in it, the plug in the bathroom didn't work so you couldn't use the hairdryer and there were random pieces of wood screwed to the ceiling that the curtain rods were attached to. The housekeeping staff emptied the garbage daily and put in fresh towels but did nothing with the bed all week. But it was clean and the bed was comfortable. Staff were pleasant to deal with.

Front desk lady horrible when she’s not on her medication. It’s a shame that they run a business with that type of person at their front counter who has her days where she just goes off because she hasn’t taken her medicine and they excuse it.

Dated but clean and maintained.

Hotel is a bit dated but maintained. Rooms were clean and everything was functional. Service was great. Pool was clean AND warm, pool area was clean and hot tub was hot :). Elevator is terrifying but does its job. Breakfast was standard but good. For the price point, this was a good deal.
