We drive back and forth, Florida-Chicago often and thought we’d try a new place to stay. We liked the size of the room. When we checked in I spilled some water on the floor. I grabbed a paper towel and wiped up the water and the towel was super dirty. Went to take a shower that night and the water pressure was terrible. Could hardly rinse the soap off of me. In the morning I thought I’d try again with a shower and this time the water barely dribbled out of the shower head. Pressure was so bad I could hardly rinse off my toothbrush. Far from a nice relaxing stay.

I arrived late and just wanted to go to bed. Under the sheets , i found a spider which was surprising. I tried to call front desk to ask when was last time they changed the sheets and no response.
