Located at the bottom of a very calm dead end, on the first hillsides of Annecy le Vieux, overlooking the city of Annecy, this very high standard suite offers an exceptional panoramic view of the lake and the mountains of the Annecy basin.
This new apartment, on the top level of a small luxury building, is of an innovative concept: the 2 glass facades open fully so that you can enjoy the 80 m2 terrace: inside you live outside and outside. outside you enjoy indoor comfort. Special care was given in the choice of materials: Granite, marble, oak parquet, oak paneling ... In a few minutes by car you can take advantage of Lake Annecy with these beaches or the historic center with these canals. Optionally you can relax in the private spa reserved only for this apartment.

Lovely Appartment, neighbourhood not as good
Lovely apparment inside, very modern and well equipped.
Outside at the rear could be tidied up a bit, and the residential road it is on, while not bad or dangerous in any way, is not as upmarket as you would expect for a property like this. It is the only property of its type and way better than any other property on the road.
The owner Michel was a very kind and attentive man and went way beyond his duties in helping us resolve difficulties with the rental car. If you do stay, make sure you have a SMALL car, as the car parks in Annecy are largely the underground type seemingly designed to cause damage to cars!

Lovely flat. Only complaint is that there is only one toilet even though there are 2 bathrooms. Didn’t notice that in the description—assumed a bathroom would have a toilet. Owner very helpful with explaining, and some of the facilities need explanation. All in all, beautiful flat.

Très bel appartement moderne et haut de gamme, avec une vue magnifique sur le lac au loin et les montagnes en toile de fond. Nous avons adoré notre séjour, d’autant plus qu’il a été embelli par sept journées de beau temps consécutives. L’appartement correspond parfaitement aux photos fournies et est très bien entretenu. L’accueil du propriétaire a été simple et chaleureux, avec de bons conseils pour profiter pleinement du séjour. Excellente communication avant notre arrivée. Nous recommandons sans hésiter !
