Beautiful spacious private holiday home with a luxurious and atmospheric feel in the south of the Lot. Fully fenced private pool with magnificent views over the rolling hills. Villa Castelneuve can accommodate up to 6 adults + 6 children (and 2 babies).

Inside
Castelneuve has a large living room with a modern, well-equipped kitchen, a nice dining area and a lounge. This spacious living / kitchen area gives access to an attractive al fresco terrace, where you can enjoy sheltered and safe dining (à la plancha). On the ground floor there are two large bedrooms with good double beds (160x200), a luxury bathroom with shower and separate toilet. Upstairs another twin bedroom, a fully equipped room for your baby (s) (chest of drawers, bath, bed ...), a large dormitory especially for the kids with 6 beds 90x190 and a private play area with own TV / DVD (they will all be amazed...), a beautiful bathroom with shower and bath, and a separate toilet. Floor heating on the ground floor, air conditioning on the first floor.

Outside
The Castelneuve's private pool measures 10 x 5mtr. From the poolside private terrace you have a view over the hills, a beautiful view! There are plenty of sun loungers, an outdoor shower and a lawn for the children.

Agréable séjour

Nous avons séjourné à 11 (6 adultes + 5 enfants/ado) début août. La maison ainsi que la piscine sont très belles. La vue de la piscine sur la campagne est magnifique. Les possibilités de ballade depuis la maison sont nombreuses. Le village de Castenlau est à 10mn en voiture. Animation très sympa le mercredi soir (dégustation de plats régionaux sur la place centrale). Quelques bémols : la chambre des enfants est très mal insonorisée, tout déplacement et tout ce qui s'y dit s'entendent dans la chambre du dessous. Un salon avec plus d'assises (canapé) serait appréciable : en cas de mauvais temps, on ne peut y ternir à 12. Manque quelques équipements tels que grandes cocottes en cuisine, jeux de sociétés en cas de mauvais temps. Point d'attention : la terrasse est accessible par un escalier en métal très pentu. Il y a peu d'espace de jeu dans le jardin pour les jeunes enfants. La table de ping pong se situe dans une cave, fraiche mais pas idéale pour jouer. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette maison.

Une belle semaine à Castelnau-Montratier

Nous avons séjourné dans cette agréable propriété une semaine en août. La maison nous a offert tout ce dont nous avions besoin en équipements. Nous avons apprécié la vue de la piscine. C’est un endroit calme et reposant. Les enfants ont adoré avoir leur espace à eux, dans la maison. Seul petit bémol, réseau 4G limité et le wifi est très limité. Nous recommandons cet hébergement si vous cherchez une semaine reposante en famille ou entre amis, loin de l’agitation urbaine.
