In the heart of the Dordogne, discover an unforgettable 18th century château set in extensive grounds. This historic residence has a private heated pool and extensive splendour. On the ground floor of the château is a large entrance hall with staircase. The east wing offers a living room with comfortable seating and a chess table, while the west wing offers a spacious dining area and a well-equipped kitchen. The east wing leads to the first floor and houses two interconnecting bedrooms, one of which is air-conditioned, while the west wing has two further bedrooms. On the second floor, the east wing has two further rooms and the west wing has a TV lounge and the final bedroom. Outside, the castle is surrounded by extensive grounds with an inner courtyard and ample private parking. A covered terrace has an outdoor living and dining area, while another terrace overlooks the pool. An outbuilding offers a games room and there is a chapel on site. The private heated pool is complemented by sun loungers and a pool house with facilities. The château is located in the Périgord Vert, with the nearest shopping facilities in Verteillac, around 10 km away. Please note: There is a security guard in the neighbouring apartment. An additional cleaning service is available on request.
