Luxury duplex apartment (3 Paradiski stars) for 8 people (65m2), renovated in 2015, located on the 7th and 8th (top) floor, quiet and sunny with west exposure and wide panoramic view of the valley, located 100 meters ski lifts (Transarcs, Vagère) serving the entire area, and close to all shops (ski rental, ski passes, ski schools, food, press, restaurant, bowling) and the new Mille Huit area offering a center Aqualudique, a children's area and a field of bumps open at night.
From the Villards car park, private space, direct lift access to the apartment, which consists of an entrance hall with separate toilet on the first level, a bathroom, kitchen, dining area, living room (double beds 160), and large balcony. On the second level, 2 double bedrooms, one with balcony (bed 140 and 160), and a triple bedroom (bed 160 and 80), bathroom with walk-in shower and washing machine, separate toilet.
For the 2018-2019 winter season, stays will be from SUNDAY to SUNDAY

Excellent apartment in a great situation, near the slopes and all the amenities. Well stocked with everything we needed. Kitchen is tiny and the oven very small and only two rings on the hob which limited catering. The main problem was that the parking was shut. The host provided an alternative, which was a long way away and less convenient. Stopping within 10 mins walk of the apartment was restricted, leaving us to carry our equipment to the apartment as quickly as possible whilst being hassled by the gendarmes at the drop off place. The access to 1800 was confusing and we had to spend quite a lot of time with the barrier controllers to sort out our parking / entry tickets. The owner was sympathetic but couldn't do anything about the situation. We felt that forewarning would have been helpful, for example we could have taken a trolley!

Comfortable stay in centra location

The apartment has good space with 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, good kitchen and lounge area. We enjoyed the raclette grill! Breathtaking views from the balcony. Close to shops, restaurants and lifts.

The apartment was ideal for a family of 5, clean and spacious. The view from the window looking out onto the valley was breath taking. The location was great and close to all the shops and restaurants. Ski school and slopes were close by. We had a great time skiing and loved every moment of our stay

Une très belle expérience

Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cet hébergement très bien situé dans les Arcs 1800. L’espace était très bien pour 8 personnes, bien aménagé et l’emplacement est vraiment idéal. Location très bien située proche des remontées mécaniques et du centre. L'appartement est bien aménagé il manque juste un petit rafraichissement en bas pour qu'il soit parfait. La partie nuit et salle de bain du haut est très bien et très agréable.

Pratique à vivre et superbe vue

Nous y avons passé une belle semaine à 5 début février 2023. C'est un bonheur de se lever et coucher avec cette jolie vue sur la vallée. L'accueil et de le départ sont très faciles à organiser aux horaires souhaités. Côté pratique, il y a tout le nécessaire. Avoir 2 salles de bain facilite la vie. Les pistes sont très proches et les commerces station à côté.
