Super Skiwoche

Wir waren 2 Familien (4 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder) und hatten eine tolle Skiwoche. Die Lage der Wohnung ist super. Kurze Wege und nach Les Arcs 1950 zum Einkaufen einfach mit dem Cabriolet Lift. Die Einrichtung ist relativ neu und die WohnungsgrĂ¶ĂŸe ausreichend fĂŒr 7/8 Personen. Wichtig ist zu wissen, dass es ein Doppelzimmer und ein Zimmer mit 4 Betten gibt. Im Dach können 2 Personen gut ĂŒbernachten. Hier ist zu beachten, dass die Deckenhöhe gering ist und die Leiter sehr steil. Wir haben uns auf jeden Fall super wohl gefĂŒhlt!!

Globalement bon sejour au bel aval

Appartement agréable lumineux avec une trÚs jolie vue sur la montagne. Acces aux pistes et aux commerces assez facile. Petit soucis au sujet des chambres. Il n'y a que 2 belles chambres,la 3Úme se trouve dans un grenier aménagé ou on ne peut pas se tenir debout. C'est plus un dortoir qu'une chambre et l'accÚs se fait par une échelle raide et étroite. L'appartement mériterait une petite remise à neuf(problÚme de télé ,chaise bancale halogÚne cassé,porte du réfrigérateur à réparer et rideau arraché .) C'est dommage car L'appartement a un reel potentiel,il a juste besoin d'une remise en ordre. La conciergerie est au top ,merci à Sylvie Gautheron pour son efficacité. La famille Richet

Les installations sont adĂ©quates pour un sĂ©jour entre amis. SituĂ© Ă  proximitĂ© des restaurants et remontĂ©es mĂ©caniques. Seul bĂ©mol, la hauteur sous plafond de la mezzanine est un peu petite - cette mezzanine est toutefois l’endroit rĂȘvĂ© pour des enfants.

Le grenier pour coucher les enfants est trĂšs bas de plafond, on ne se rend pas bien compte avec les photos. TrĂšs déçus de l'inventaire qui n'est pas du tout Ă  jour. Pose de gros problĂšme pour les draps qui ne correspondaient pas du tout ! (draps housses et housses de couettes) Pas de cafetiĂšre Ă©lectrique classique (embĂȘtant Ă  10). D'autre part, on n'a plus que 6 chaises Ă  disposition et une fenĂȘtre est cassĂ©e dans une chambre. Et j'en passe...

Un bon séjour !

L’appartement est top et l’espace est bien optimisĂ© ! Le seul hic serait pour moi la description des lits qui ne correspondait pas. Nous avons pris des draps trop petits/trop grands car sur le livret d’accueil la dimension des lits n’était pas bonne. Le fait aussi que l’appartement soit un peu difficile d’accĂšs avec des poussettes et enfants en bas Ăąge (trop d’escaliers Ă  monter et descendre, de passerelles pour aller de l’appartement au centre de la station..) Mais Ă  part ça tout Ă©tait trĂšs bien et je recommande !!!

Séjour notre amis pour le réveillon

Appartement confortable et agrĂ©able avec 3 chambres dans une rĂ©sidence calme et appartement bien Ă©quipĂ©. la 3Ăšme chambre est accessible par une Ă©chelle et positionnĂ©e dans l entrĂ©e. L’accĂšs aux pistes n’est pas simple, il faut compter 1/4 d’heure pour aller au nouveau chalet ESf PIOU PIOU, beaucoup d’escaliers et ascenseur en panne cette semaine. Globalement trĂšs satisfait de la station, et appartement correctement Ă©quipĂ©. Un casier Ă  skis serait le bienvenu.

L'appartement est bien conçu pour 9 personnes. Il est en bon état, à proximité de tout

Nous avons passĂ© une trĂšs belle semaine aux ARCS. Le logement est adaptĂ© aux skieurs, l'entrĂ©e est Ă©quipĂ©e pour stocker chaussures, gants et blousons. Des portes skis sont dispo sur le balcon. L appartement est agrĂ©able et lumineux et bien Ă©quipĂ© nous Attention Ă  2 points : l humiditĂ© passe au niveau des fenĂȘtres des 2 chambres (ça n'a pas gĂȘnĂ© mais risque d usure) et la chambre au "grenier" est adaptĂ©e aux petits gabarits (sympa mais Ă  considĂ©rer juste comme un point nuit). Il faut marcher un peu pour atteindre le dĂ©part des pistes (et retour) mais c'est tout Ă  fait acceptable.(prevoir de partir 10 minutes avant l heure de dĂ©but des cours esf). Je conseille cette location , espace Ă  vivre fonctionnel et cosy. (prise et remise des clĂ©s trĂšs facile ; pas d' Ă©tat des lieux?!). Bon sĂ©jour aux prochains
