We had a truly lovely stay at this house near Bergerac, family of four with two boys aged 7 and 10. The location is excellent — just a 12-minute drive into Bergerac itself, 10 minutes to a large supermarket, and only a short walk or 1 min drive to a smaller supermarket with a great selection. There’s also a traditional French bakery nearby that is absolutely fantastic and became a daily highlight with fresh bread, croissants and cakes.The house is wonderfully equipped with everything you could possibly need to feel at home, and more. It’s clear that a lot of thought has gone into making the stay as comfortable as possible. We felt instantly at ease and enjoyed every moment of our time here. The photos don't do it justice, the space is much larger, the views are incredible and the sky on a clear night are magical - it's perfect.Herve the host was really great to talk to before and during our stay, everything was really simple and easy. We were welcomed with wine, and bread and homemade cakes which was a really nice touch.When I say the house has everything, it really does. More crockery than you can imagine - every type of item you could need. And huge bonus for outdoor games, pool inflatables and more.A delightful place to stay — we would happily return and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
