Great location in a quiet neighborhood

We had a great stay. The house was perfect for our family. Plenty of space and the outdoor space especially was awesome.

Boulder stay

Nice stay, close distance to downtown. Nice amenities within the house. Only downfall no ac, was a bit warm in the summer heat.

East Boulder Neighborhood

Nice place for a family stay. The property is a bit dated, but consistent with the listing. Clean and has what you need, lots of space, large outdoor patio and yard, located in a quiet charming neighborhood. Would recommend.

Great Boulder Rental!

We loved staying at this property! The home was extremely clean and well equipped. The beds were extremely comfortable with nice linens. We thoroughly enjoyed the sauna, as well as the super cool foosball table! The location is conveniently located to downtown Boulder, as well as the other Boulder staples. We were fortunate to meet the owner Maggie, she couldn’t have been nicer!

Hiking from Ohio

The perfect house and neighborhood with views of the mountains and close to downtown boulder. This house was very comfortable like being at home. Thank you for sharing your beautiful house with us. The yard and decks outside are amazing. Every thing we needed and more.

Stay was good

We enjoyed our stay. The yard was amazing. The house could use some updating and the hot water isn’t great. There was also some cleaning issues. Moldy coffee grounds in the coffee maker and super old food on the grill. Hopefully the house received a deep clean before it was rented again .

Nice Home and Neighborhood

Spacious Older Home and Nice neighborhood. Big backyard with Nice upper and lower decks and seating areas. Home had plenty of kitchen and bathroom supplies. No central air but fans and portable coolers were provided, While it helped it wasn't enough to keep the whole house cool. Master bedroom had a window air conditioning unit making it the coldest room in the house. If looking to come in the summer just know it will be warm in most of the home. Windows are original and old so hard to close and bathrooms outdated but were functional. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would rent again in the cooler months of the year.

Miserably hottt

The house and property was great especially the back yard for our dogs, however we absolutely roasted in that house during the day, from about 9am until 8pm it was unbearable. I didn’t know there was NO central heat or air. There is only fans available for cooling and a house that big with Colorado summer temps of 90-100 made it almost unbearable. Our dogs were miserable during the day as were we, thank goodness we were only there 3 days.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Request more photos from homeowners/consortium depicting staircases, access to exterior doors of the house. Front access had concrete steps with no railing, no support. Overall visit was good just the amenities as far as access to lower floor and main entrance were not suitable or were unsafe for senior people who might have mobility problems. Overall appearance of the living quarters were pleasant. Everything worked. Landscaping was beautiful. Lawn was well taken care of and trash service was provided. House was clean, plenty of supplies to meet our needs including gluten free.

We stayed here while we were moving our daughter into college in August. Unfortunately, we did not realize the house did not have central air conditioning and it was 86 degrees im the house. The property owners/managent were very responsive and delivered a portable air conditioner, however it was very loud and the living areas were still very warm. In addition, the bathroom sinks and showers did not drain well at all and we had to wear platform flip flops to avoid standing in random body hair while we showered. Again, the property owners/managers were very responsive and offered to have plumbers come out and snake the drains, but we ended up leaving a night early instead.

A few small issues

Nice house, few things need to be done in my opinion on some things. Dining Room inside looking out seems to have a bee's nest in the upper right corner. 2. Sound bars on both TV's on upper level were not working correctly. Also I was unable to watch any local news or number of shows with just the "Pluto Demo". 3. Advertisement on the property I believe should have mentioned that there was "no central air" in the house. 4. There were a number of small maintenance items that need to be 'fixed'

Spacious & Comfortable Home w/ Deck

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Spacious home on large lot, great if you need to spread out. When we were there, we spent a lot of time relaxing on the deck. The beds were comfortable. Like a lot of homes in CO, this one does NOT have AC. There is a whole house fan. And there was a window unit in the master and 2 other portable units (that didn't seem to do much). Temps were in the 90s during our stay. The trick to cooling this house is open all windows at night and turn on the whole house fan. Then close everything up during the day to keep the cool inside. It got in the 60's at night. I think the management company could have done a better job explaining this. Also, would have been nice to have them cool the home before we arrived. After a day of hot travel we arrived to a 83 degree house. Also some maintenence issues like a torn sliding door screen, majority of vanity lights burned out in bathroom, and master shower/sink does not drain properly. But overall, we love this neighborhood and location and it was a comfortable stay.

Comfortable house, well located

My family had a nice stay at this conveniently located house. A few notes. This house does not have central A/C. Central heat, but NOT central A/C. Portable room A/C units were in place in a couple of rooms, but were not needed for our stay. When we checked in, there were only three bathtowels out for our group. Not nearly enough. The owner/property mananger responded promptly to my question about the towels, and promptly solved that problem. Bugs - a small amount of bugs were present. Not a huge problem, but enough bugs to be noticeable. We saw a couple of bugs in the master bedroom every day. The master bedroom is quite large, with a large hot-tub spa in the bedroom. We never got around to trying the spa. The master bathroom is tiny, tiny. The second bedroom has bunk beds, and a collection of kids toys on the shelves. This bedroom is served by a bathroom across the hall. The third bedroom is downstairs, almost a separate apartment. This third bedroom is off of a gameroom, with the bathroom across the hall. Large living room, nice dining room, and well equipped kitchen. Comfortable house, well located. The only serious downside is the tiny bathroom in the master bedroom.
