Staff communication needs to improve at this location. When we checked in, we were told we could have a late check out, as we had a race we would need to shower after, causing us to leave about 11:15. That morning, we were told it was not possible because no note was left and we needed out by 11. While checking out, another guest was saying they had been told their stay could extend another day, but again were being told there was "no note" and therefore not possible. Communication HAS to be better between their team members as the lack of it directly impacts the guest stay.

When we arrived at 4:30 p.m--with a 3:00 check-in time, we were informed that the rooms were not ready. It would be another hour, maybe. Maybe two hours. The breakfast room had little to offer. The same slices of white bread for 3 days. No on restocked anything.

We had a double room with two guests, and when we arrived, the room was provisioned with one washcloth, one cup, no body wash, and one thin bar of soap. No housecleaning or re-supply for a three-night stay. I don’t mind that, but I don’t think I should have to ask for basic room supplies. Also, the elevator was terrifying (clearly very old, creaky, startling jolts), so I was grateful to be on the second floor.
