Warm and welcoming

Immaculate hotel, friendly and welcoming staff - rooms are spacious. Breakfast was great, staff were attentive to the breakfast area keeping it well stocked and clean - variety of choices each morning. My kids loved the swimming pool as well.

Better front customer service

Everything was great but the lady at the front desk was very rude. She was not personable at all. When you would walk by her she would not even look at you or greet you. Not acknowledge you at all. I did not like that. You need to get someone that smiles and talks, which makes for great customer service. Have to say the gentleman that worked the afternoon before was wonderful. He let me know everything I needed to know and small chit chat. Makes a difference.......

I like the fact that they accept pets. I do think that is a good thing, but they need to place them on specific floors or sides of the hotel. Hell build special rooms. I had a horrible night's sleep as the dog in the room across the hall and a room away would not stop barking all night. (I feel really bad for whoever was directly next too them) When I mentioned something to the worker he shrugged his shoulders and said sorry. I would really like a refund
