Bright, open layout with brand new furnishings. Walk to one of many local restaurants or cook a meal in the large open kitchen. Enjoy morning coffee on your private deck with a beautiful view of the flatirons, explore for the day, and then relax in front of the fireplace at night with your favorite shows on Netflix.

The space:
This is the entire home in the heart of Boulder. Enjoy vaulted ceilings, all brand new furnishings, large kitchen, beautiful private back deck and a bright open space. Easy street parking and convenience walk down to trendy East Pearl street shops and restaurants.
