Great location and property was good. The park across the street is beautiful. There is some deferred maintenance such as entry steps (front and back) and exterior paint/seals. Plenty of supplies like coffee maker, hot water kettle in the kitchen. We would stay here again.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was within walking distance of our son's house on the Hill so perfect for move in weekend at CU Boulder. Communication with the Property Manager was great and check in was easy. Would stay here again!

Exactly as expected. They could use a few more mirrors - we had 4 ladies trying to get ready and only bedroom had a mirror and the hall upstairs didn’t have outlets. Other than that/ great walk to park and overall nice experience.

Lovely, cozy home walkable to pearl street

We enjoyed our time at this home. It was a little cozy, but it was perfect for two of us. We really enjoyed being walkable from several trailheads and not far from Pearl Street. But it was still tucked away to feel quiet and secluded.
