La Soliniere consists of 5 gĂźtes: La Rosairie (max. 2 people), Le Colombier (max. 2 people), La Marroniere (max. 6 people), La Maison du Jardin (max. 10 people) and the Main House (max. 15 people), leaving it to 35 people in all.

La Soliniere is a large house and outbuildings arranged around a secure central courtyard. There is a large park area spanning an impressive 1.25 hectares (3.10 acres) accessed through wrought iron gates. Set in the park is a small lake with ducks, fishes and turtles.

The Courtyard: This stunning Charentaise-style courtyard forms the heart of the domain, centred around a beautiful stone fountain. Large heavy wooden gates lead to the road, while ornate metal gates under a stone arch provide access to the main driveway. The courtyard offers access to the grounds, pool, and pétanque court, with stone planting troughs.

Swimming Pool - A security-fenced and gated swimming pool patio area surrounds the freshwater heated pool (9m x 4m / 36.00mÂČ).

The Sauna and Jacuzzi Room features glazed double doors, large sliding windows, wooden slatted flooring, a large inset heated Jacuzzi, a timber-built sauna, and a sitting area.

Belle location dans un parc agréable

La propriĂ©tĂ© est constituĂ©e de plusieurs gites situĂ©s cĂŽte-Ă -cĂŽte comme dĂ©crit sur l’annonce. Pour un usage en commun, il nous a suffi de mutualiser les diffĂ©rents Ă©quipements (cuisine, 
) sans problĂšme pour prendre nos repas ensemble (en deux tables voisines). Les propriĂ©taires habitant sur place sont disponibles si nĂ©cessaire, mais restent discrets. La propriĂ©tĂ© est dans un parc spacieux, agrĂ©ablement amĂ©nagĂ© et calme (on n’entend pas la route). La piscine n’est pas trĂšs grande, mais est chauffĂ©e, utile pour un Ă©tĂ© comme cette annĂ©e ! Ça ne nous a pas gĂȘnĂ©s, mais nous suggĂ©rons aux propriĂ©taires d’installer un ou deux rĂ©pĂ©teurs WiFi pour que celui-ci soit rĂ©ellement disponibles dans l’ensemble des gites. En conclusion, nous avons passĂ© de bonnes vacances.
