Esperava mais de um hotel 4*. Quarto: Casa de banho integrada no quarto, sem separação adequada (apenas uma cortina), o que provoca humidade e falta de privacidade. Desconfortável para quem partilha o quarto. Cama e almofadas razoáveis. Falta de limpeza mais cuidada: teias de aranha e pó com pelos nos candeeiros. Ginásio: Algumas máquinas avariadas (elíptica e musculação) e pouca limpeza. Pequeno-almoço: Organização pouco prática. Falta de reposição atempada dos alimentos. Chávenas colocadas numa prateleira muito baixa. Disposição confusa: a mesa grande das frutas e cereais dificulta a circulação, e a mesa do pão está demasiado afastada. Geral: Falta de aproveitamento das infraestruturas e de atenção à funcionalidade. Não corresponde ao esperado para um hotel desta categoria.

Hôtel 4 étoiles très bien situé dans une petite ville calme et accueillante. Installations très classes pour un hôtel 4 étoiles. Piscine intérieure avec spa, hamman et sauna (seul bémol. Il faut réserver et avec une durée de 1h) Piscine extérieure avec bar et détente très bien Restaurant très classe et on mange très bien. La chambre et la salle de bain très bien, rien à dire. Lors de notre séjour nous avons vécu un séjour particulier. Le nombres d'incendies a fait que des cendres se sont répandus un peu partout sur la zone de la piscine. Seul chose que je reprocherai à ce séjour c'est l'état de propreté de l'ensemble de l'espace de la piscine extérieure, meubles, sols. A améliorer

Bonjour, nous avons loué cette serviette pour le 1er novembre. Nous sommes extrêmement déçu par l’hôtel. Cela fait cinq ans que j’ai chez vous et je suis de plus en plus déçu. Pas d’eau, eau chaude, gel, douche et shampooing cassé plus de café et de thé dans les chambres. Je ne trouve plus l hôtel 5 étoile .

Alors globalement l hôtel était parfait, le restaurant très bon, le personnel sympathique et certain parlant le français ce qui facilite la communication. Pour la chambre le seul bémol c est l agencement de la salle de bain séparé uniquement par un rideau du reste.. sinon lit confortable.
